We offer Flight Nanny services for customers who are unable to pick up their puppy in person. A Flight Nanny is a professional pet transporter who accompanies your puppy on a commercial flight, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stress-free journey to you.

Here’s how it works:

• Booking a Flight Nanny: Once your puppy is ready for travel (typically at 8 weeks old), we’ll arrange a flight for your puppy with an experienced Flight Nanny. The nanny will carry your puppy as a personal item on the plane, ensuring constant supervision and care throughout the trip.

• Safety & Comfort: Your puppy will be safely transported in a well-ventilated carrier, and the Flight Nanny will provide them with water and comfort during the journey. Flight Nannies are trained to handle pets and can assist with any special needs your puppy may have.

• Cost: The cost of the Flight Nanny service varies depending on your location and the airline, but it typically includes the cost of the flight, the nanny’s service fee, and any additional expenses. We will provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs before confirming the service. The cost is entirely the buyers responsibility but we will arrange the service. We require the Fight Nanny deposit to be paid at least 1 week before the scheduled flight. The remaining balance will need to be handed to the Flight Nanny upon pickup.

• Arrival: Upon arrival, the Flight Nanny will meet you at the airport and hand over your puppy personally, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home. You’ll also receive a detailed update on your puppy’s travel experience.
